In 2009 newest technological scheme of high quality spirit obtaining was worked out and implemented
Wort rectifying system (which consists of 4 columns) has been complemented with two more additional columns:
- final purification column;
- admixtures concentration column with relevant heat exchanging and accessory equipment.
The column is operated with the help of automatic machinery in accordance with special algorithm and enables to produce high quality spirit spending very small amount of energy.
The technological process is controlled by distillery’s production laboratory which is rigged with all the necessary equipment. For spirit and vodka testing there are “Crystall Lux 4000” and “Agilent 6890N” chromatographs available. The laboratory meets the requirements for modern testing laboratories.

CARBONATED MINERAL WATER “AKVADIV”
The water is extracted from artesian well 353-366 meters deep and is poured into ecological glass bottles of 0,33 L, 0,75 L nominal volume.
Natural mineral water “AKVADIV” annually proves its quality winning prizes at national competitions and tastings.
Mineralization 1,25-3,25 g/dm3.
Calcium forms the basis of bone tissue, activates functioning of several most important enzymes, is involved in maintenance of ion balance in organism, influences the processes that occur in heart-vascular systems, influences blood coagulation.
Sodium supports alkali reserves of blood plasma. It is also involved in regulation of blood pressure, water balance, activation of digestive enzymes, regulation of nervous and muscular tissue.
Potassium regulates acid-base balance of blood, is involved in transmission of nerve impulses. Potassium activates heart muscular work and functioning of several enzymes, supports skin and kidneys functioning.
Hydrocarbonate waters reduce acidity of gastric juice. Besides, they can both stimulate and slow down gastric juice secretion depending on method of their use. The waters are used in the course of urolithiasis treatment.
Chloride waters stimulate metabolic processes in organism, improve gastric secretion, secretion of pancreas, small intestine. The waters are used in the course of digestive system treatment.
Sulphate waters stimulate gastrointestinal motility, have especially favourable impact on recovery of liver function and cholecyst. The waters are used in the course of treatment of biliary tracts diseases, chronic hepatitis, insular diabetes, obesity.
